memory modules sold by Aplus Technology Pty Ltd. (APLUS), carry
a Lifetime Standard Limited Warranty. Products determinate
by APLUS to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no
charge provided that the parts have not been abused, misused,
neglected or modified. APLUS provides no expressed or
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose, and under no circumstances will be held
liable to any purchaser in any way for damages, lost revenue
or wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use this memory module.
Limitation
of warranty :
Please
note that Aplus Technology is not responsible for providing
free repair if the product defect is caused by any of the following
factors:
(1)The
damage is caused by a natural calamity.
(2)
The product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized
technical staff.
(3)
The warranty label is missing or fractured.
(4)
The product serial number is not compatible with our original
system or the label has been fractured.
(5)
Products are bought from unauthorized channels.
(6)
Customer is not following instructions in user's manual correctly.
